That mission depends not only on well crafted curriculum and quality resources, but also on the heart of our program: the instructors who bring experience, insight, and passion into each lesson. Doreen Polanco, our Sales Instructor, is also a brokerage owner, distinguished real estate broker, and agent in Delaware and Maryland.

Here’s a closer look at the story, values, and expertise Doreen brings to our program.

From Delaware Roots to Real Estate Leadership

Doreen is a lifelong Delawarean who found her way to real estate in 1992. She’s since built a reputation for integrity, competence, and deep local knowledge. Over decades, Doreen has supported transactions involving residential resale, new construction, investors, farm, land, commercial and property management.

Along with her business partner, she opened a real estate brokerage in 2004 in Dover, Delaware. She also currently serves as the Delaware and Maryland Broker of Record and the company’s Rental Director, overseeing and guiding about 100 local REALTORS®.
