We’re thrilled to introduce our Law Instructor for the Summer 2025 Pre-Licensing Course – Barbara Brodoway!

Here are a few fun and impressive facts about Barbara:

  • Barbara earned her J.D. from Villanova Law School in 1985 and was admitted to both the Delaware Bar (1985) and the Federal Bar (1986).

  • She joined Ward and Taylor in 2005, bringing with her years of experience from other top firms.

  • Barbara is a sought-after educator, teaching real estate law and delivering seminars for REALTOR® professional organizations across the state.

  • She received the prestigious Leon N. Weiner Award for Fair Housing in 2012.

  • Named 2024 Educator of the Year by the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®.

  • Three-time recipient of the KCAR Educator of the Year award.

  • In her downtime, Barbara enjoys running—though she modestly admits she’s "not very fast."

We’re looking forward to kicking off a dynamic session on June 23rd with Barbara leading our law classes.
