Central Delaware Real Estate Academy is now enrolling for Summer 2025 pre-licensing real estate courses. We are an accredited pre-licensing course provider in the state of Delaware.

The 99 hour pre-licensing course for Summer 2025 will started on Monday, June 23, 2025 and run through Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in person from 6:00-9:00pm. Classes will be held at 1671 S. State Street in Dover, Delaware.
