What the 99 Hour Course Includes

Delaware requires all real estate salesperson candidates to complete a 99 hour pre-licensing course through an approved education provider before they can sit for the licensing exam.

At CDREA, this education is delivered through an instructor led classroom format designed to support adult learners.

Students will complete coursework in:

  • Real Estate Law

  • Real Estate Principles and Practices

  • Real Estate Mathematics

  • Orientation and course review

This structure allows students to move through the material step by step while having the opportunity to ask questions and discuss real world scenarios along the way.

A Structured Weekly Schedule

Our Spring course follows a consistent weekly schedule that helps students stay organized and on pace.

  • Mondays: Real Estate Math

  • Tuesdays: Real Estate Principles and Practices

  • Wednesdays: Real Estate Law

This schedule helps break the course into manageable sections while allowing students to build understanding across all three subject areas.

Why Students Choose CDREA

Many students choose CDREA because they are looking for more than just course hours. They want a learning environment that supports their transition into the industry.

Our program focuses on:

  • Small class sizes that allow for discussion and questions

  • Instructors who actively work in Delaware real estate

  • Clear expectations and guidance throughout the course

  • A classroom environment designed for adult learners

For many students, having direct access to instructors and a structured schedule makes a meaningful difference in completing the course successfully.

Is April the Right Time to Start

For many aspiring Delaware real estate agents, spring provides the right window to begin real estate education. Starting in April allows students to complete the course, prepare for the licensing exam, and begin planning the next stage of their real estate career.

If you have been researching real estate or considering a career change, enrolling in a course is often the step that turns curiosity into progress.
