What to Expect From Spring 2026 Classes

Delaware requires all real estate salesperson candidates to complete a 99 hour pre-licensing course through an approved provider. At CDREA, this education is delivered in an in person, instructor led format designed to support adult learners.

Students will complete coursework in:

  • Real Estate Law

  • Real Estate Principles and Practices

  • Real Estate Mathematics

  • Orientation and course review

Our classes are intentionally structured to promote understanding, discussion, and real-world application, helping students feel confident not only for the exam, but for what comes next.

Why Students Choose CDREA

Students enroll with Central Delaware Real Estate Academy because of our commitment to quality education and personal support. Our program is built around:

  • Small class sizes, capped to encourage participation and engagement

  • Experienced instructors who actively work in Delaware real estate

  • Clear guidance from registration through exam preparation

  • A learning environment that values questions, discussion, and clarity

We believe education should feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Is Spring the Right Time to Start?
