Getting Started at CDREA: How Enrollment for Real Estate Pre-Licensing Works

If you’re planning to earn your real estate license in Delaware, understanding how enrollment works can make the process feel much simpler. At Central Delaware Real Estate Academy (CDREA), we aim to keep registration clear, straightforward, and stress free.

Here’s what to know about how enrollment works, how seats are secured, and what happens after you sign up.

How enrollment for real estate pre-licensing works.

Where to Register

All pre-licensing course registrations are completed online through getlicensedindelaware.com. Once a new class session is officially announced, it will be available for purchase through the Store section of the website.

From there, you can select the upcoming course and complete your registration directly online in just a few steps.

What Happens After You Register

After your registration is complete, you’re not left wondering what comes next. A member of the CDREA team will personally reach out to confirm your enrollment.

This follow-up allows us to:

  • Verify your spot in the class

  • Share important details about schedules and materials

  • Answer any questions you may have before the course begins

We believe personal communication is an important part of setting students up for success from day one.

Payment Expectations

To reserve a seat, full payment is required at the time of registration. CDREA does not offer payment plans.

This policy allows us to:

  • Keep class sizes intentionally small

  • Ensure committed enrollment

  • Provide a high-quality, instructor-led classroom experience

Because space is limited, payment confirms your place in the course immediately.

How Seats Are Reserved

Enrollment is not considered complete until both registration and payment are finalized. Each class is capped at 18 students, allowing for meaningful discussion, instructor access, and a more personalized learning environment.

Once a class reaches capacity, registration closes.

When New Classes Are Posted

Class sessions are announced periodically throughout the year and tend to fill quickly once they open. Specific dates are only available once a course is officially scheduled.
