now enrolling - winter 2025

Central Delaware Real Estate Academy is now enrolling for Winter 2025 pre-licensing real estate courses. We are an accredited pre-licensing course provider in the state of Delaware.

The 99 hour pre-licensing course for Winter 2025 will started on Monday, December 1, 2025 and run through Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in person from 6:00-9:00pm. Classes will be held at 1671 S. State Street in Dover, Delaware. There is a 2 week holiday break with the first day of break starting on Tuesday, December 23rd and classes resuming on Monday, January 5th.
